Whistleblowing Policy

Whisteblowing policy

Background and use at SPIEGLTEC

Purpose of the policy Our whistleblowing policy explains how the report box and the reporting form can be used. These secure channels are open to employees, business partners and stakeholders to report grievances, unethical behavior or breaches of rules. The aim is to promote a culture of openness, recognize risks at an early stage, and prevent damage to the
company, employees and the environment.

What is whistleblowing?
Gerechtigkeit herzustellen.

Scope of application This policy applies to all employees, regardless of their position, as well as to external business partners and stakeholders who become aware of
wrongdoing through their collaboration with our company.

What can be reported? We are open to all concerns that conflict with company values or applicable laws.
Examples include:

  • Violations of the law
  • Unethical
    behavior (e.g. bribery, fraud)
  • Violations
    of company guidelines
  • Discrimination, harassment or bullying
  • Health and safety hazards
  • Environmental offences
  • Data protection violations

Every report helps us.
